D & L Inventory Solutions LLC ("Company", "we", "us") operates SellLive ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Email address, name, and business details you provide during registration.
Product data: Product catalog information imported from your Shopify store (titles, descriptions, images, prices).
YouTube data: When you connect your YouTube account, we access your channel information and live streaming capabilities to broadcast shows on your behalf. We access only the permissions you explicitly grant.
Usage data: Show generation history, streaming sessions, and Service usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

To generate and broadcast AI-powered live shopping shows
To manage your product catalog and show scheduling
To stream content to YouTube on your behalf
To improve the Service and develop new features
To communicate with you about your account and the Service

3. YouTube API Services & Google User Data

SellLive uses YouTube API Services. Our use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

We only request YouTube permissions necessary to create and manage live broadcasts on your behalf.
We do not sell, share, or use your YouTube data for advertising purposes.
We do not use your YouTube data to build user profiles for advertising.
You can revoke our access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google security settings page.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel and systems necessary to operate the Service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service providers: AWS (hosting), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), OpenRouter (AI models) — only as necessary to operate the Service.
YouTube/Google: To broadcast live shows on your connected YouTube channel.
Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Show data (scripts, audio, video) is retained for 90 days after generation unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Revoke third-party access (YouTube, Shopify) at any time
Export your data in a machine-readable format

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page.
